Warranty covers the salt lamp only, it does not cover the lead, bulb or wooden base.

Warranty does not cover damage as a result of negligence this includes but is not limited to the following, damaged as a result of being dropped, exposed to damp environments such as outdoors, bathrooms, saunas, steam rooms, water.

All claims are subject to proof of damage and proof of ownership.

Damaged lamps should be returned to the agreed store by the customer where the damage will be assessed and a decision made.

A claim can only be made with proof of purchase and can be exchanged for like for like product or to the value of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your lamp within 14 days of purchase, you can either exchange your product to the same value or request a refund.

Refunds will be made as to the original payment method and a receipt must be produced for both refunds or exchanges, without this we will not be able to refund or exchange.

Refunds to cards can take up to 28 days to process and complete.

We can exchange your lamp for a like for like product to the same value, if the value of the exchange is more then you will pay the difference including any vat or postage.
We will not part refund any product.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
